Return & Refund Policy

At LIORVETH, operated by Anji Runlin Furniture Co., Ltd., we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every festive gift, handcrafted decor item, and apparel product meets your highest expectations. Please review our detailed policies regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations below.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

• 30-Day Return Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

• Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or installation.

• Return Shipping Fees:

  • Product Issues & Seller Errors: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, LIORVETH will provide a pre-paid shipping label or fully cover the return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, ordered incorrect size/color), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly and accurately, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at service@liorveth.com with your Order Number, the reason for return, and clear photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective.

2. Receive Authorization & Return Address: Our support team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours. Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the precise designated warehouse return address.

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.

Important Note: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the original shipping package label. Items returned without prior authorization or sent to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

• Inspection & Notification: Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Distribution: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (including item price and applicable taxes) within 3 to 5 business days.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take processing time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@liorveth.com.

4. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

• Application at Checkout: Discount codes must be applied during checkout before completing payment. Prices cannot be adjusted retroactively once an order has been submitted.

• Code Stacking: Only one promotional code can be applied per purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Orders in Transit: If more than 24 hours have passed, your order has likely entered our automated fulfillment system or has already been dispatched. In this case, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a standard return upon receiving the package.

6. European Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, under applicable consumer protection legislation. The item must remain in its original condition and packaging as outlined above.
